Meet your facilitators.
Linda is a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Behavior Change Specialist, and IIN Certified Hormonal Health Educator. She has guided hundreds of clients in transforming their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves.
Her coaching is rooted in self-leadership, cognitive rewiring, and a holistic understanding of the mind-body connection. Linda believes that true health isn’t about chasing perfection — it’s about cultivating a safe, loving relationship with your body, mind, and soul.
After experiencing her own burnout and chronic stress, she realized that healing doesn’t come from another diet or achievement, but from coming home to yourself — and being supported while doing it. Through her brand, Life in Color, Linda’s mission is to help women l.o.v.e. themselves out of chronic stress and the pressure to “do it all,” and into their most radiant, aligned lives.
Monica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 16 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents, and children. She is also a mother, artist, therapist, friend, creator, sister, and wife — bringing her full self to the work she does.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in honoring each client’s uniqueness while drawing from evidence-based practices that support deep, sustainable growth. She specializes in helping clients navigate life transitions, emotional wounds, and intergenerational patterns that continue to shape their present. With a warm, grounded presence and a strong clinical foundation, Monica empowers her clients to meet their goals, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Linda and Monica have known each other for over 10 years. They met through their mutual admiration for movement and artistic expression. Their friendship is rooted in a mutual passion for creating, learning, laughing, and building safe, soulful spaces for women to gather, grow, and express themselves freely.
