Spring Wellness Series - May 28th, Breathe & Sound

Learn and experience simple ways to use breathe and sound to de-stress, release, and regulate in the everyday. The evening will begin with a brief discussion and how-to of simple breathing techniques to help the body regulate when stress levels rise, why this is so helpful, and flow into a 50 minute breathwork and soundbath session designed to help you release stuck, stagnant energy that builds as life, lifes.

Please bring a yoga mat with you.

Time: 7-8:30pm

Location: Warm Heart Life HQ, 112 Prospect St. Stamford. CT
